Designed as an overview of wind-resistant residential building requirements, this program covers the permitting, plan checking and inspection process, as well as the key high-wind construction issues specified in the IRC and the deem-to-comply documents recognized by the IRC. This online training program aims to provide viewers with consistent, technically correct information. Builders will know what to expect as they go through the permitting and inspection process. And building officials will understand the desired work flow in their offices, how to conduct proper field inspections, and help them prepare for ICC certification exams
